What you'll do

• Review and evaluate employment intakes for liability and damages
• conduct supplemental intake calls and gather facts and documents for complaints and PAGA notices
• investigate legal entities and affiliates to identify appropriate parties
• and collaborate with senior attorneys on complaint-filing decisions, claims, venue, and jurisdiction.
