What you'll do

• Direct the overall facility operation
• plan operations and set priorities with facility management and consultants
• monitor departments and staff performance
• conduct rounds to assess resident needs and facility conditions
• ensure regulatory and quality-standard compliance
• manage staffing, recruitment, orientation, and training
• oversee budgets and business practices
• develop and implement facility marketing plans
• build relationships with regulators, families, healthcare organizations, and the community
• lead education activities and staff meetings
• remain available on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
