What you'll do

• Conduct daily facility walkthroughs and report deficiencies
• update the customer on issue resolution
• oversee construction projects for compliance with drawings and permits and for crew and customer safety
• coordinate with construction teams and building owner staff
• review contractor and customer proposals
• develop or review planning documents
• evaluate building-code compliance
• peer-review plans and technical reports
• draft design concepts and detailed designs
• coordinate architectural, civil/structural, and electrical disciplines
• create schedules and scopes of work
• support contract administration
• conduct technical and feasibility studies
• lead production of design and technical information.
