The Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) Operator role is onsite in Anoka, MN, with a stated pay range of $20–$24 per hour. The role exists to verify that in-process and finished assemblies meet specifications before further processing or shipment. The operator inspects production assemblies, documents results, separates rejected products, and flags nonconformances so corrective action can be taken.

What you'll do

• Perform automated optical inspection of production assemblies
• complete equipment maintenance
• stop production and report nonconformances
• record daily inspection information
• segregate rejected products
• assist with visual inspection as needed
• follow quality-system, customer, regulatory, and safety requirements
• read production documentation.
