Night Shift Machine Operator

The Night Shift Machine Operator role is onsite in Bostwick, FL. Compensation is $16–$18 per hour. GardenCore manufactures lawn and garden products, and this position supports production at its manufacturing facility. The operator runs and monitors production machinery, performs routine maintenance, and completes production documentation to help meet daily schedules and product quality requirements. The role also includes keeping the work area clean and reporting safety, quality, equipment, or environmental concerns.

What you'll do

• Operate manual and automated machinery and monitor equipment components for malfunctions.
• Maintain production efficiency and quality, report production and safety concerns, follow bagging specifications, complete production forms, clean the work area, and perform routine equipment maintenance such as lubricating, fueling, and cleaning.
