What you'll do

• Lead daily restaurant operations across multiple concepts
• coach and develop front- and back-of-house staff
• assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, scheduling, labor management, and timekeeping
• resolve guest concerns
• maintain food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality standards
• monitor inventory and ordering
• ensure food safety and sanitation compliance
• support catering, food truck operations, and special projects as needed.
