What you'll do

• Provide professional client and team support
• greet and check in clients
• assist with paperwork and payments
• initiate crisis-response protocols and participate in triage
• collaborate to improve clinic workflows
• verify insurance coverage and apply benefits accurately
• communicate through email, phone, electronic medical records, and in person
• support onboarding and shadowing for new team members.
