What you'll do

• Drive customer adoption, value realization, and long-term engagement by translating telemetry and customer health signals into product actions
• lead cross-functional initiatives from opportunity identification through execution, roadmap recommendations, and post-launch KPI tracking
• partner with Customer Success, Sales, Support, Operations, and Finance on customer experience and business performance
• operationalize product insights with go-to-market and channel teams
• establish prioritization frameworks, operating cadences, business case modeling, and senior-level alignment.
