What you'll do

• Welcome guests
• maintain accurate cash, check, and credit accounts
• make deposits as applicable
• verify room charges, rates, and starting cash
• prepare daily paperwork and submit reports
• monitor room availability
• block rooms and handle guest requests
• conduct and document security walks
• follow emergency procedures
• prepare and replenish continental breakfast
• perform Guest Service Agent duties, including laundry as directed.
