What you'll do

• Process vendor invoices
• match purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documents
• maintain transaction and vendor records
• reconcile vendor statements and accounts payable records
• process weekly payments
• review travel and expense reports
• reconcile credit cards
• support vendor onboarding
• resolve discrepancies and inquiries
• assist with reports, audits, and month-end and year-end close
• recommend process improvements.
