This lead helps coordinate second-shift work, assist with repairs, and respond to guest requests so resort rooms, common areas, facilities, and equipment remain safe and well maintained.

What you'll do

• Help oversee second-shift maintenance operations and ensure assigned tasks and work orders are completed on time
• assist with repairs, preventive maintenance, equipment inspections, and upkeep of guest rooms and common areas
• respond to guest maintenance requests
• identify concerns and communicate issues and recommended solutions to the Maintenance Director
• support the maintenance team and collaborate with other departments
• maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment and follow company policies and safety procedures.

Why this role

$22 per hour; shift is 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.; CPO and appliance repair certifications are a plus, or willingness to obtain them; availability Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays is required.
