What you'll do

• Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned personal insurance clients
• maintain client relationships and respond to inquiries
• advise on policy changes, coverage, endorsements, and billing
• process policy changes and service requests
• assist with claims reporting
• manage renewals and review coverage
• present renewal options
• identify cross-sell opportunities when appropriate
• assist with quoting and placement of new accounts
• gather underwriting information and prepare submissions
• review coverage gaps
• maintain accurate client records and comply with agency and carrier requirements.

Why this role

Requires fluency in English and Japanese, an active Hawaii Property and Casualty License, and at least three years of personal lines insurance experience. California-based candidates train in the Cypress office Monday and Thursday and remotely Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday; after training, the role is fully remote on Hawaii hours, 11:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m. HST.
