What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical faults on production and packaging equipment. Diagnose issues using manuals, schematics, electrical prints, and fault codes
• replace components
• perform changeovers and centerline setups
• support sanitation and thermal-processing readiness
• complete preventive maintenance
• document downtime and work orders
• flag parts issues
• coach team members
• and follow safety, GMP, allergen, and food-safety requirements.
