What you'll do

• Complete resident work orders
• perform general plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, painting, and basic HVAC repairs
• assist with apartment turns and make-ready units
• perform preventive maintenance and property inspections
• troubleshoot issues
• maintain grounds, common areas, tools, and equipment
• respond to emergency maintenance needs and participate in the on-call rotation as required
• follow safety procedures
• provide courteous resident service
• coordinate with the Community Manager and maintenance team.
