What you'll do

• Manage safe movement of cars through the Inspection Center
• meet inventory production goals
• oversee and coach assigned associates
• communicate expectations and resolve team conflicts
• ensure adherence to policies and standards
• review mechanical and physical defects
• partner with the General Manager on repair-or-reject decisions
• train associates on quality control and repairs
• promote safe work practices.
