What you'll do

• Counsel individuals and families on estate planning, elder law, asset protection, and related needs
• draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives
• advise on matters including Medicaid and special needs planning, estate and trust administration, guardianship, and fiduciary issues
• lead client meetings
• manage matters through implementation
• collaborate with attorneys and other advisors
• develop client and professional relationships and contribute to business development.
