Physical Therapist (PT) - Travel Contract

Provide evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and document care in accordance with clinic and regulatory requirements. Complete timely, accurate medical record documentation including goal writing, functional quality indicators, and letters of medical necessity. Participate in student supervision and contribute to professional development activities.
