What you'll do

• Enter, review, and revise customer orders
• track fulfillment and communicate updates, delays, or shortages
• coordinate with internal departments to resolve order, inventory, billing, or shipping issues
• maintain customer account information, pricing updates, and documentation
• audit orders and transactions, including peer review
• participate in operational meetings and occasionally facilitate them in management’s absence
• support invoice review, billing inquiries, reception, and freight/logistics coordination as needed.
