What you'll do

• Provide desk-side and remote technical support
• respond to and document help desk tickets
• install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and peripherals
• perform system imaging
• open, update, and close incidents
• back up and restore user profiles and data
• register IT assets and participate in inventory audits
• escalate complex issues.
