The Network Operations Lead - Base Infrastructure is an onsite role based in Jbsa Randolph, TX. The salary range is $128,000 - $150,000 per year. This position supports the Base Infrastructure Modernization (BIM) program at Applied Research Solutions. This role exists to serve as a critical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the BIM program. The lead acts as an operational bridge between the PMO, leadership, and commercial vendors to ensure seamless network transitions.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary operations-focused SME to the Project Manager.
• Guide the operational solutioning and integration of the vendor with legacy activities.
• Lead the development and measurement of vendor SLAs.
• Act as the primary operational escalation contact.
• Provide technical guidance to project leads.
