Job overview
The Clinical Training & Implementation Specialist is an onsite, travel-focused role supporting health center openings in Florida. Compensation is $50,788–$76,182 per year. PeopleOne Health provides value-based primary care focused on prevention, behavior change, and improved health outcomes. - verify inventory, labeling, storage, and quality-control readiness. Train new clinical staff on workflows, systems, equipment, patient flow, procedures, documentation, and role responsibilities. Assess competency, facilitate mock visits, identify readiness gaps, and support opening-day and post-go-live stabilization. Coordinate with Clinical Operations, center leadership, Facilities, IT, Procurement, Human Resources, and other implementation teams. Travel is estimated at 75–100% during active implementation periods
- some weekends and occasional holidays may be required.
