Risk & Controls Manager

Job overview

The Risk & Controls Manager role is hybrid, with three days per week in the office, in Chicago, IL. The base pay range is $115,000–$155,000 per year. The role is part of FloQast’s InfoSec & Compliance department, which advises and monitors the organization across security, privacy, AI, and financial-reporting frameworks. The manager owns key risk domains and helps ensure business initiatives and company operations align with regulatory, contractual, and internal requirements. The role advances compliance through assessments, program ownership, issue remediation, and process improvement.

What you'll do

• Review policies and procedures with internal stakeholders
• conduct compliance impact assessments covering risk, privacy, and AI
• advise internal teams
• support SOC and ISO compliance
• manage privacy and sub-processor programs, third-party risk reviews, and policy processes
• track and remediate issues
• develop process automation and AI-driven workflows.
