What you'll do

• Coach and develop physical therapists and support staff
• conduct protected one-on-ones
• oversee clinic KPIs, financial performance, workflows, and patient flow
• participate in leadership meetings and organizational decisions
• maintain a reduced clinical caseload on a two-patients-per-hour schedule.
