What you'll do

• Manage customer accounts and update information
• process titles, permits, registrations, license plates, web renewals, replacement titles, and disabled placards
• assist customers with insurance identification
• scan transaction documents
• process lien and security interest releases
• collect motor vehicle and recreational vehicle taxes
• answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
• correspond about payments
• mail receipts
• balance the cash drawer
• maintain returned plates and prepare plates for shipping
• comply with applicable laws and policies.
