Compensation is $0 per year. The Rigger role is an onsite, full-time position in Conroe, TX. Omega Morgan riggers support operations by moving machinery and other heavy items. The role exists to safely prepare, move, install, and dismantle equipment. Working with foremen and crews, the rigger secures loads, operates equipment, and helps ensure machinery moves safely through work areas.

What you'll do

• Align and anchor machinery
• attach loads to rigging using hand and power tools
• operate forklifts and other equipment
• attach pulleys and blocks
• control heavy equipment movement through narrow or confined spaces
• manipulate rigging lines, hoists, and pulling gear
• dismantle and store rigging equipment
• use appropriate PPE
• signal or direct workers during hoisting
• work at customer sites as needed.
