Project Manager, Development

The Project Manager, Development role is onsite in Irvine, CA, and is full time. Compensation is $120,000–$160,000 per year. The role supports EPD Solutions’ Development and Construction Management department at a multidisciplinary consulting firm serving development, environmental, and regulatory projects. The role exists to manage complex entitlement and construction-related projects so work is scoped, budgeted, and completed on schedule. It coordinates stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors, manages risks and changes, and provides leadership and mentorship to project team members.

What you'll do

• Develop project scopes and budgets

• present updates to stakeholders, clients, and team members
• prepare or delegate change orders and contract amendments
