The Metal Fabricator role is onsite in Hollywood, MD. Compensation is $21.44–$28.09 per hour. Aether Aerospace delivers advanced manufacturing solutions and technology-enabled services to the US Department of Defense and national security customers. The fabricator creates, modifies, and repairs metal structures and components by interpreting engineering drawings, selecting materials and equipment, operating fabrication machinery, and checking finished work against specifications. The role contributes to safe, accurate completion of fabrication projects alongside the team.

What you'll do

• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• select materials and equipment
• cut, shape, and form metal
• operate manual and automated machinery
• conduct quality checks
• operate press brakes, laser engravers, waterjets, and other fabrication equipment
• follow safety protocols and maintain an organized work area
• collaborate with team members.
