Hotel Night Auditor (Part-Time, Overnight)

What you'll do

• Greet guests and complete check-in and check-out procedures in the property management system
• handle cash and credit card information
• respond to guest requests and provide information about hotel services
• take, update, and cancel reservations
• organize prior-shift paperwork
• close and balance room accounts and vouchers
• investigate out-of-balance situations
• run trial balance reports and night audit
• prepare guest folios for express checkout.
