Sales Support and Marketing Coordinator

The Sales Support and Marketing Coordinator is an onsite role in Englewood, CO, working from the main office and two showrooms. Pay is $24–$28 per hour. The coordinator supports California Closets’ local market growth and customer engagement. The role combines sales administration with local marketing execution to build brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support the client experience. By coordinating campaigns, maintaining lead and CRM processes, and reporting performance, the coordinator helps the sales team develop business opportunities and improve results.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute local marketing tactics and campaigns
• coordinate promotional campaigns, events, social media, direct mail, and community partnerships
• localize national campaigns with Corporate Marketing
• maintain marketing calendars, digital listings, content, and showroom assets
• respond to incoming inquiries
• manage lead assignments, documentation, and follow-up in Salesforce CRM
• support pipeline management, warranty requests, trade programs, add-on sales, and customer communications
• prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• coordinate company and showroom events and meeting logistics.
