What you'll do

• Assist volunteer donors with registration, medical screening, and phlebotomy processes
• follow standard operating procedures
• interact professionally with the public
• adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
• complete required training. Training is approximately 10–12 weeks at the Beaumont location in Lexington and may not be consecutive.

Why this role

Paid job-appropriate training is provided. Lodging and mileage reimbursement are provided for training in Lexington. Regular Sundays off, except for special events or business needs. Eligible automation training may carry an additional $2.50 skills premium.
