Scrum Lead

What you'll do

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
• coach team members on Agile and Scrum practices
• work with product owners to maintain and prioritize backlogs
• track sprint progress and delivery metrics
• identify and remove impediments
• communicate status, risks, dependencies, and progress
• coordinate cross-functional teams
• support release planning and dependency management
• drive process improvements and follow Agile governance standards.
