The Director of Operations, Third-Party Logistics role is onsite in Henderson, NV. Target pay is $140,000–$185,000 per year. The position leads multi-site, multi-client fulfillment facilities and distribution operations. The director is accountable for operational performance, profitability, and growth across assigned facilities. The role combines strategic network planning with facility-level execution, client partnerships, continuous improvement, and development of site leaders.

What you'll do

• Oversee multi-facility P&L, budgeting, and cross-functional performance
• optimize fulfillment, distribution, labor planning, and facilities against SLAs
• lead continuous improvement through audits, dashboards, and scorecards
• manage expenditures and develop ROI cases for process, automation, or WMS upgrades
• build client, freight provider, and vendor relationships
• manage and develop General Managers and Distribution Center Managers
• optimize space, labor planning, and slotting.

Why this role
