CNC Machinist – 1st and 2nd Shifts

The CNC Machinist role is onsite in Calera, AL, with 1st- and 2nd-shift opportunities. Compensation is $20–$30 per hour, depending on experience level. The role sets up and operates CNC and manual equipment to produce precision metal and plastic parts. Machinists interpret drawings, program equipment, inspect finished work, and maintain assigned machinery to meet specifications.

What you'll do

• Read and interpret blueprints, symbols, and complex drawings
• set up castings and fabrications
• create and modify G-Code programs
• operate CNC equipment and manual machines
• machine precision metal and plastic parts
• inspect quality and verify specifications
• maintain fluid levels and perform basic machine upkeep. CAM programming experience is a plus.
