Dual Sales Coordinator — Hotel Sales and Reservations

What you'll do

• Assist clients with reservations and book them through the hotel database
• create group bookings, manage rooming lists, and handle changes
• assist with vouchers and folio and billing inquiries
• provide pick-up reporting
• distribute resume and BEO packets to teams
• serve as a client point of contact for questions and requests.
