What you'll do

• Ensure operations meet funder requirements, agency policies, and regulatory standards
• monitor performance metrics, data integrity, and quality assurance
• supervise, hire, onboard, train, coach, and manage staff
• maintain coverage across shifts
• oversee participant-centered services
• coordinate housing pathways and partner relationships
• collaborate on reporting, budgets, procurement, and facility readiness
• respond to operational needs, crises, and incidents
• document and escalate incidents
• represent the organization in community meetings and forums
• remain responsive to concerns across evenings, overnight shifts, and weekends as needed.
