Teller Manager

It supports branch service and operational goals by coordinating teller coverage, coaching staff, managing cash, and ensuring transactions and daily activities follow policies and regulations.

What you'll do

• Process member deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions
• manage vault cash and daily cash requirements
• schedule tellers and monitor service delivery
• train and direct employees and support performance evaluations
• assist with questionable transactions and cash drawer balancing
• monitor compliance and internal controls
• perform daily branch operations and welcome members.
