Nurse Manager — Home Infusion

What you'll do

• Complete and review clinical paperwork for compliance and quality
• guide staff and clinical managers on patient care, assessments, planning, and evaluation
• hire, onboard, evaluate, train, and mentor staff
• conduct performance appraisals and disciplinary action when necessary
• interpret operational indicators to identify census changes and staffing needs
• assist with agency goals and performance evaluation.
