The Registered Nurse (RN), Night Shift role is onsite at Arbors at Streetsboro in Streetsboro, Ohio. Starting pay is $40–$50 per hour. The role supports residents at a provider of long-term care skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation services. The RN plans, coordinates, and provides nursing care while guiding clinical staff. Through assessment, care planning, treatment, and coordination with residents and other departments, the nurse contributes to resident care and the facility’s clinical operations.

What you'll do

• Plan and provide total nursing care
• lead team conferences to develop individualized care plans
• assess and document resident conditions and needs
• implement physicians’ orders
• assign and supervise nursing care
• supervise, direct, and evaluate LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs
• administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments
• participate in staff orientation and training
• assist physicians with tests and procedures within scope
• coordinate care with other departments
• report and record observations
• support nursing unit scheduling and staff direction.
