Registered Nurse (RN) - Long Term Care (LTC) - Local Traveler, onsite in Redfield, SD. Salary range is $32.00 - $48.00 per hour. This role is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring resident well-being through assessment, planning, and intervention.

What you'll do

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents.
• Collaborate with resident and family, and other inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge.
• Cares for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Responsible for coordination of care, resident assessment, resident education and various other nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel.
• Functions within the scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules in the state of practice and licensure.
