What you'll do

• Provide direct evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients
• collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team on treatment plans
• assess, monitor, and manage patients requiring ventilators, drips, and advanced therapies
• document patient data accurately and promptly
• educate and support patients and families
• participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and committee work.
