What you'll do

• Represent public and private companies in corporate transactions
• manage mergers and acquisitions from due diligence through closing
• draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, ancillary documents, commercial agreements, and governance documents
• conduct legal due diligence and prepare reports
• advise on private equity, growth equity, joint ventures, general corporate, and capital markets matters
• serve as a client contact
• coordinate with attorneys across offices and other stakeholders.
