Change Manager

The Change Manager role is hybrid in the Phoenix metro area, with two to three days onsite each week. Pay is $45–$65 per hour depending on experience level. The role supports a client’s product and technology organization as it transitions toward a product operating model. The position helps stakeholders understand, adopt, and sustain new ways of working. Depending on experience, the manager may support workstreams, lead change initiatives, or own change strategy across complex stakeholder groups, using feedback and adoption measures to guide the approach.

What you'll do

• Support or lead change management from stakeholder analysis and planning through adoption and reinforcement
• develop change narratives, communications, and engagement approaches
• identify resistance and adoption risks
• facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions
• support readiness assessments and adoption metrics
• analyze feedback and adoption data
• partner with product, design, research, engineering, and business leaders
• maintain change deliverables
• support leaders communicating change
• coordinate communications, training, and enablement resources
• prepare leadership updates
• for senior-level roles, coach leaders and define change strategy.
