The Back-of-House Kitchen Team Member role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ, at the Camelback Road location. Pay is $15–$17 per hour. The position supports Houston TX Hot Chicken’s new restaurant opening and kitchen operations. The team member prepares menu items to recipe and brand standards while maintaining food safety, cleanliness, speed, and portion control. The role contributes to food quality and guest satisfaction and includes supporting kitchen flow, teammates, and assigned prep, dish, and closing duties.

What you'll do

• Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items according to recipes and standards
• bread, fry, toss, and finish chicken to specifications
• maintain speed, accuracy, and portion control
• follow food safety, sanitation, and temperature procedures
• keep stations clean and organized
• label, rotate, and store food using FIFO
• communicate with front-of-house staff and leadership
• assist with prep, dish, and closing duties as assigned.

Why this role
