What you'll do

• Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for examinations and procedures
• record vital signs
• perform procedures such as phlebotomy, injections, EKGs, and Holter monitoring
• assist physicians with procedures, medication administration, and patient education
• handle phone nursing tasks including triage, pre-certifications, referrals, and prescription calls as appropriate
• perform clerical duties and contact patients as directed
• schedule appointments if needed
• maintain exam rooms and common work areas.

Why this role
