What you'll do

• Respond to Technical Support Center hotline calls
• provide pre- and post-sales support by phone and email
• assist representatives, distributors, and contractors with troubleshooting and equipment applications
• conduct virtual modeling when needed
• log calls and incidents in the CRM
• provide published technical materials upon request
• route field-visit and training requests to the appropriate service representative
• follow up on customer inquiries
• support selection software and control-related questions.
