Member Engagement Facilitator

Job overview

The Member Engagement Facilitator role is onsite in the Quad Cities area, with daytime programming and a 10-hour weekly schedule. Compensation is $15–$17 per hour. The role delivers Girl Scout programming to girls who may face barriers to joining a volunteer-led troop and connects families with council opportunities. The facilitator leads age-appropriate sessions, supports youth and adult recruitment, and represents Girl Scouts at community events. The work helps girls and families learn about and participate in local council programs and resources.

What you'll do

• Deliver age-appropriate program sessions
• support youth and adult recruitment
• represent Girl Scouts at local community events
• share information about council programs and resources
• prepare materials, track attendance and notes, communicate participation options to caregivers, organize supplies, update records, and prepare for future visits.
