What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day contract execution and contractor operations
• serve as primary contact for NNSA contract leadership
• oversee staffing, workforce stability, deliverables, performance, and service-level requirements
• lead cross-functional teams supporting staffing, benefits, employee relations, analytics, and communications
• monitor quality, risks, and corrective actions
• ensure compliance with FAR, DEAR, federal timekeeping, and contract requirements
• oversee reporting and deliverables
• coordinate issue resolution and customer relationships.
