The role manages patient and physician communications, schedules appointments, and helps patients navigate inquiries involving procedures, results, insurance, and referrals. By routing requests and keeping patients and practice personnel informed, the representative supports timely coordination across a multi-region organization.

What you'll do

• Staff the communications center and follow up on internal and external patient communications by phone and online
• respond to inquiries about scheduling, procedure results, insurance, and appointments
• register new patients, verify insurance, collect demographic information, and obtain referrals
• maintain current knowledge of practice policies and procedures
• screen and redirect calls
• notify patients and practice personnel about disruptions or delays.
