What you'll do

• Manage casualty defense matters involving personal injury, premises liability, transportation, and general liability claims
• conduct legal research
• draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and litigation documents
• represent clients at depositions, mediations, hearings, and court proceedings
• develop case strategies
• evaluate liability and damages exposure
• advise clients
• collaborate with clients, experts, and colleagues
• maintain client relationships.
