The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) — Day Shift position is onsite in Watertown, WI. Pay is $23–$25 per hour. The role assists with daily living needs, observes and reports changes, documents care, and contributes information to resident care planning.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, toileting, transfers, ambulation, and range of motion
• monitor and report changes in condition
• answer call bells
• perform assigned tasks such as vital signs and weights
• document care
• follow safety and infection-control procedures
• communicate with residents, families, and staff.
